Coraggio Group Announces David Naczycz as Senior Associate Principal

Coraggio Group, LLC, a leading strategy and organizational change consulting firm, announces that David Naczycz will join the firm as Senior Associate Principal.
Naczycz brings with him an abundance of entrepreneurial experience and a passion for sustainable business practices. With a demonstrated history of launching and consulting for businesses in various sectors in both the for-profit & non-profit world, Naczycz will apply his strategic skills in DEI, economic development, workforce development, organizational effectiveness, change and transformation to drive positive change and overcome organizational challenges.

Before joining Coraggio, Naczycz was the Executive Director of the FinTech & Sports Wagering Innovation Center in New Jersey and also Co-founder and CEO of WeVenture, a U.S. based tour operator. Prior to those roles he worked as an organization development consultant working with civic leaders and nonprofits as well as founding his own nonprofit, Detroit Synergy, in his home city of Detroit.
In addition to working with a dynamic range of organizations in travel and tourism, hospitality and community prosperity, Naczycz leads DEI initiatives for TRAVEL UNITY as a strategic advisor and board member. His expertise in fostering innovation and promoting responsible tourism aligns seamlessly with Coraggio’s mission to empower clients to realize their full potential.
David’s inclusive approach to navigating large-scale change unlocks the full potential of destinations and communities. Naczycz is a Certified Diversity Travel Professional, holds an M.S. in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Michigan.
