Najauna White is a strategic consultant skilled at building relationships, understanding audience data, and crafting strategies and campaigns that not only align with her clients' goals but also create impact and value. Her career journey began 15+ years ago in the hospitality industry, starting in the restaurant sector before quickly evolving into pivotal roles in DMOs. There, she focused on sales and services, marketing, and crafting experiential events to attract visitors.

At Miles, Najauna leads initiatives that promote a welcoming and collaborative culture, deeply aligned with organizational core values and vision. Her focus on learning and development, vendor engagement, workforce development, along with strategic partnerships, empowers her team to deeply understand client needs, enabling them to deliver compelling, value-driven storytelling that resonates with targeted audiences. She takes pride in crafting teams with a wide range of expertise, encouraging them to add their own ideas, styles, and experiences to projects. 

Beyond the travel and tourism industry, Najauna broadens her impact by engaging with sectors such as tech, nonprofits, and meetings and events. Additionally, she serves on several industry and community boards and task forces, where she acts as an advisor and all-around community activator. Her expertise in crafting curated messaging demonstrates her ability to connect across these areas effectively.
